Installer

When I click on a folder, alot of times I get the windows
installer come up saying it's installing a feature, it
takes a little while but it finishes. Now, It would be
allright if once it installed it didn't do it again , but
it will do it over and over.
Any help will be apriciated.

My guess - and this is a guess as I don't know your OS - is that you
aren't an admin on your local machine. I've seen this occur in my
environment when someone was logged into their XP Pro machine without
admin rights. If you are using XP Pro, make sure the account you are
using is in the local admin group (I believe just for 1 logon, then it
should go away).

I suspect you are on XP Home, in which case try making the account you
use a member of the local admin group (you'd have to log in as an
admin to do this), relog as your regular account and see how it works.
