Installed SP4 and it wants me to format other drive

Hi I installed SP4 and when I go to get a file from
another drive it asks me to format it. I do not want to
because it has a lot of files that I want to keep on it.
Does it erase them if I do that? Is there a way to
install SP4 and retreive those files? Any help would be
greatly appreciated. thanks.

Very strange SP4 SHOULD'T ask to format ur drive in any case... It is
something else you have done to your comp...
