installed office xp on new drive--email & contacts not copied from

rebuilding computer with new mother board and hard drive. old drive lost XP
OS but data files appeared to be ok. how do i copy email and contacts files
from old drive to new drive? article ID 28707 on "how to transfer Outlook
data from one computer to another" of no help.
