How do you cancel instalation?

I wont to stop installation. Whenever i turn my pc off
and then back on it just continues. Can i stop it at this
point?
 
When you download something there should be an option
that has cancel whatever it is you are downloading ... If
not try this click all together alt+ctrl+delete this will
pop up the windows task manager if you get this click on
the top of it applications , it should be the first one
on the left ... Now once there look for whatever it is
you are downloading it will be there and highlight it and
then click end task at the bottom there... That should
stop it
