i am trying to do a full installation and don't have my
certificate of authenticity asking for a 25 number and i
only have product code of 20
where is my cert. of authentic? FAST i have been on
this for hours

If you bought a retail version the Product key is on a orange sticker inside
the cardboard folder the CD came in. If you bought a OEM version it is on a
sticker on the shrink wrap the product came in.
