Installation Problem! Urgent! Help!

I have updated to service pack 4 for Window 2000 Server.
After that it is asking for the Microsoft Office 2000
Professional CD when I am trying to open Micrsoft Word. I
didn't have the CD, and I waited for a couple days. Now
when I try to open Ms Word, it says prepare for
installation. Then there is an error message:

Problem with Shortcut

This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the
patch package exists and that you can access it, or
contact the application vendor to verify that this is a
valid Windows Installer patch package

It can't install. I can't even remove the Microsoft
Office. Does anyone know anything about this?

Try the office groups, they might be of more assistance. Have you tried to
remove SP4 to see if it works afterwards?
