Installation of USB Bluetooth Adapter

Hi All!

I am using Xp Pro + SP2
Bought a USB Bluetooth dongle recently. When i tried to install the
software, the message "To install Billionton Software you must have
Administrator privileges" came out. I didn't even have the hardware
connected. I am the only user of the PC and I have confirmed that I
have Administrator status. So I downloaded the most up-dated software
from the vendor but came up with the same result. Software from another
brand name is the same. So I suspect this must be problem with Xp.

Any ideas ?

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Why, it's supposed to enable my PC to connect to other Bluetooth
devices, especially handphones and file transfer between my desktop and
my laptop.
