installation of medical spellchecker

I need to install a medical spellchecker, medical
dictionary and an electronic PDR.

These are needed for medical transcription. I need them
to be under the 'tools' in the tool bar in Msoft Word,
where the regular abc spellcheck is.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

No instructions accompanying this "ADD-IN"? You could look up Dictionary
in Help( the first hit is "Create and use custom dictionaries")

Clicking on that provides instructions for the various things you can do
with custom dictionaries.
