I am a new user of Windows EP Home Addition. I am trying
to use the Japanese Language. I first went to the
Control Panel, then date, time, language...then, I went
to the regional and language options. I clicked the
languages and checked the installed files for east asian
installed files. Windows asked me to insert "Windows EP
Home Edition 1 CD". However, when I purchased this
computer four weeks ago, from Gateway, this CD was not
included. I went to "property" in "my computer". It
shows Service Pack 1 is running. The computer is looking
for "i386\lang". I cannot go on after that. Is there
anyone who can solve my problem? I would very much
appreciate it if you would let me know.

Thank you,
Mike

Hi,

We need to have Windows xp cd for installing these files. You may contact
the computer vendor for the cd.

You may like to visit the following link.
