Installation from Upgrade

I purchased an Office Upgrade softwear aprrox. one year
ago for my home computer. I am attempting to install
Powerpoint on my son's computer but since it is an
Upgrade it will not allow me to install on the 2nd
computer since on older version was not previously
installed.

Is there a way to install the program on the 2nd computer
without having to purchase the entire Powerpoint program?
 
I do not know the EULA on the upgrade (check it first), but if it allows for
multiple computer upgrades, then your most cost effective solution may be to
shop on e-bay for PowerPoint 97. You should be able to pick up a copy
cheap.

Install PP97 on your son's computer, then upgrade.

Unfortunately what you are trying to do is to violate Copyright Laws! You
will need to purchase PowerPoint (or Office) for your son's computer.
