When I try to install a new program (i.e. Briggs &
Stratton Small Engine Repair Manual", I get a flag saying
"C:\PROGRA~1\symantec\S32EVNT1.DLL.
An installable virtual Device Driver failed DLL
inialization."
What does this mean and how can I correct it? Sometime
one program will work and sometimes another one will not.
