Install SP1a from a dowloaded CD

Hi Group,

I have a machine which is not online and running xp home, so I decided to
download SP1a and burn to a disk on my main machine and then to load the
first machine with the updates.
Unfortunately when I try set up I get

"Set up could not verify the integrity of the file update inf. Make sure the
cryptographic service is running on this computer"

Could anyone please advise me what my problem is and how to correct it.
