install shield

hi, i am trying to install itunes on my xp media centre but the install shield doesn't want to work. is there a reason
does anyone know what is wrong
 
I have a simalar problem installing itunes. I get a permission denied error. I was told to go into regedit and make sure certain permissions were enabled, but that still did not work. Good luck. It's not microsoft's fault. It's not Apple's fault. Typical.
