Can I install my Office 2003 to both of my pc's since they are networked and
i use them side by side at home? If so how do I activate? is it even
allowed? I am he only user.

Open an Office program and choose About... from the Help drop down menu.
Click on the link to View the End-User License Agreement. Read it.
Certainly, I know that read is a four-letter word.

if that were written in a manner that even made sense i would say, that was a
jab at being rude. thats a shame. you dont even know me. i answered my own
question anyway.

If you buy the retail version of Office 2003, the EULA specifically states
that you're allowed to install Office on one desktop and one laptop. If you
have an OEM version of Office (one supplied with a computer you purchased),
then you may not install it on more that the original computer. In fact, if
you sell the computer, you may as well give the buyer the Office CD, because
you're not allowed to install it on any other computer, including one you
purchased to replace the one you're selling. Moreover, if you throw the
computer away, you may as well include the Office CD in the trash, since
it's not legal to install it on any replacement PC.
