Install FP 2003 on comp w/FP 2000

I was wondering if I have to un-install FP 2000 to install FP 2003? I actually want both programs available, so I don't want to have FP 2003 install over 2000. Would that be a problem

No. The setup wizard will prompt you before it overwrites
your old version, and at that time you can choose to keep
the old version.
