install dotnetredist.exe v1.0, error

Is there any new version (v1.1 of the Microsoft .NET
Framework Redistributable 1.0 available
(dotnetredist.exe)? Or is the only possibility to run
windows update on it?

On the Visual Studio 2003 CD (CD1?), you have in a subdir the following
DOTNETFX.EXE (which is the version 1.1)

As I understand, what you want is getting the ".NET Framework 1.1
