Inserting Stock Market Data

Building a website for a group of friends and would like to be able to bring
in stock market data into the site. Not individual stock data, but just
overall quotes for the DOW, Nasdaq, and the S&P 500.

First of all, where would I go to find a place that I can pull this from,
and secondly, how would I insert it into my FP2003 web? Just want to have it
in a little corner so that people that visit the site can see what the market
is doing, or has done (depending on the time).
