Inserting saved data that automatically changes

Hello all. Can someone please help me? I need to know how
I can insert data saved to the clipboard so that the
inserted data will change if the original data changes?
What are the steps that I can take to do this?

Darin,

Copy the cells, as usual. Paste using Paste Special (right click or Edit
menu). Choose Paste link.
