When I try to insert a picture (one I downloaded from my
camera, scanner, or one that came with the program) I get
the following error message:
Faulting application cdrconv.exe, version 10.410.0.0,
faulting module cdrrip100.dll, version 10.688.0.0, faault
address 0x00037cf2.
The picture does not convert (just a blank square) or I
get a large back retangle in the bottom right hand
corner. I have also had it convert properly at times.
I have tried it in communications and newsletters.
I just got this computer in June.
What am I doing wrong?
