inserting pics as part of data

How do I insert a pic as prt of data for that row and columb. Pic woul
have to be a part of data for that row so that i can sort and etc.
just got be able to put in picture like its a data. thanks so much fo
your help

Maybe insert the pic into a comment over an underlying cell ?

Experiment with this:

Right click on a cell > Insert a Comment

Right-click on the Comment box border > Format Comment

In the Format Comment dialog
-------------------------------------
Select the Colors and Line tab
Click the Fill Color drop down menu
Click Fill Effects > Picture tab > Picture
Go to the directory that holds your pictures.
Select the graphic/picture that you want displayed
OK your way out (3 x) to dismiss the dialog.

Resize the Comment box to fit the picture

And when you sort the rows,
the comments / pics will sort
together with the underlying cells

thanks for your help. Keep in mind that our client has to be able t
see details im the pics(no matter the size of the cell picture does no
reasize). Also keep in mind that I have thousands of datas to pu
pictures in to. Thanks for all your help. Any other ideas
