Inserting Multiple rows

Can I insert 15 rows one time, instead on insert row, insert row etc....

First select 15 rows, starting with the row below where you want the new rows
to appear. Then, Insert Rows.

Highlight 15 rows and select insert... That should add 15 new rows for you...
