Inserting levels in the summary - word 2007

I'd like to insert a fourth and fifth level in the summary and I don't get.
Could somebody help-me with word 2007?
 
The table of contents? When you use Insert | Reference | Index and Tables,
you can choose the number of levels to include. If you haven't already
chosen 5, you'll have to manually edit the TOC field. Alt+F9 to display the
field. Find the switch that says \o 1-3 and change it to \o 1-5. Alt+F9 to
toggle back and F9 to update the field.
