Moya, yes, as an embedded object:

Insert > Object > Create from File > Browse. Navigate to the file, then
Insert. Check Display as icon, click Change icon if you want to change the
icon or caption, then OK.

To view the .pdf file, double-click the icon.

Hi Moya

Not as editable text. You can save from PDF in graphic formats, and then
insert the graphic - this is often useful for showing 'sample' documents or
for placing a PDF form as a background to overtype, for example.

If you're using Adobe Acrobat version 5.0 or later, you can do a Save As in
Acrobat, choose the file type to be TIFF, and then insert the resulting
file(s) into MS Word as pictures.

Regards,
Chad DeMeyer

Acrobat 6.0 can also save as a JPEG or PNG.
