inserting data from excel sheet into a form

hello everybody

i have something in my mind that im trying to do but i dont know how...
there is a Excel table using many functions in its fields...the last row of
this excel
sheet represents the total (currency euro) of all functions of above...so
im trying to make this row to be the record of a form into an access project
but how i can make the insertion of data from the excel to access to became
automaticly?
if anyone could help i would be great
