Inserting Contact Name in Email Body

I want to know if there is a way to insert your contact's name into the body
of the email automatically when you are sending an email to many people, so
that the email looks personal.

Example: Dear [NAME HERE],

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much! Have a great day!
