I'd like to be able to use option buttons in a document that I can click on
to turn on or off. I don't know what the macro code is to do this when I
insert one from control toolbox. Any assistance much appreciated.

Hi

Depending on what you want, you might not need any macro code at all. Have a
read through the following article, and in particular follow the links on
that page to Dian Chapman's articles:
How to create a template that makes it easy for users to "fill in the
blanks", without doing any programming

Ask here again if you have specific concerns. When you do, be sure to let us
know what version of Word you have.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for that Shauna,
I just need to be able to click on a radio button to turn it on or off as
opposed to the check box icon on the forms toolbar that puts an x in the box.
I tried using the option button on control toolbox but cant set up
properties for it. Using Word 2003
