Inserting a field function.

When creating a webpage in WORD, is it possible to create a field where, when
text is entered, a "next" button appears for the user to click to the next
question? Or after typing text in the blank field and hitting the "Enter"
button, the next question in a sequence of questions would appear?

I'm not sure if the Web Tools toolbar in Word will allow you to program script
for this, or not. Better, however, would certainly be to create the webpage in
an application designed for the purpose, such as Front Page. And this kind of
question you then need to ask in a group that deals with web forms and
scripting.
