Using PPT 2003 I want to insert some slides from a PPT (XP?) presentaton into my corporate template. The presentation being inserted uses a different font color, has many graphics using arrows and lines of various colors. When I use the Insert > Slides from Files and then insert into my template, I see different fonts and different colored lines from the original. Any idea how to prevent this? Or,at least, be able to change the entire presentation to use the new default template? BTW, if I use Apply Slide Layout to All Slides, it just changes the position of some text and graphics, but does not change any colors brought in from other presentation.

Rich,

Head along to EchosVoice.com and read the "colors" tutorial, along with the "multiple masters" tutorial... all will be
revealed.

Many Thanks! I was able to determine the colors in the 'old' presentation and use them in my new one. You saved me a LOT of time AND work. Now onward to bigger, better and consistant PPT presentations
