Insert PDF

Is is possible to insert a pdf file into a Word 2000 file? I can't seem to
find the answer to this anywhere. Thanks!
 
What do you want, then, Rene? You want to SEE the file? Then you may want to
take a screenshot of it. This is the old Excel problem...people try to take
a full-size page and put it into Word, which only allows you to use the
space between the margins. I'm not sure what you expect the PDF to look like
except perhaps a "sample" of it.

Word has no filter for pdf documents. You can only insert pdf objects which
essentially links the pdf application via an icon. If you want to insert the
content of a pdf you need to extract it and how you do this depends on
whether the pdf is protected against editing. Either way you will need
additional software eg OCR software that can handle pdf, a third party pdf
to document conversion utility, or the full version of Acrobat.
