Insert Object

In our Air National Guard Unit we use a program called ICS viewer to open
most of
fill in forms we use. I am trying to insert some of these forms into my
database.
When I use the Insert Object option it lists Internet Forms Documents but
when I am done installing the form and double click the Icon I created it
either saids reinstall the OLE sever or it doesn't do anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you saying that you are trying to create a form in Access by importing a
form created in another program? If so, I don't believe it is possible
(without some magic).

Since Access manages all of it's internals, any "object/form" you import
would, at best, be an image, not a functional form.

You'll have to create Access forms from scratch, I believe.
