Insert menu

Somehow I lost the "insert symbol" selection from my insert menu. I don't know if I deleted it or moved it somewhere but I do not know how to get it back. When I pull down the insert bar, "symbol" is gone. Does anyone know how I can replace it?
 
Try the following:

1. Right-click the toolbar area and click "Customize".
2. Click the "Toolbars" TAB
3. Click the "Menu Bar" option and click "Reset".

See if that fixed it. If not, holler back because there might be other
options to pursue.
