please help........................
i keep recieving a shutdown notice saying (windows terminated by nt authority/system remote procedure (rpc) service terminated unexpectadly. what should i do i cant play games or go onto the internet without windows shutting down

Run windows update.
Get a firewall.

First thing to do before posting a question is to search the group for
your topic. In this case "rpc" or "remote" brings up literally dozens of
hits on how to eradicate this worm. Or visit http://google.com and search
for "blaster".
