INNO SETUP - how to launch after install?

I need to launch a website after the setup is complete and the user has
clicked 'Finish'.

I've been able to do it before the 'Finish' button is clicked, but then
that leaves the setup window behind the browser (don't want that).

I've also been able to launch after, but it required the checkmark on
the final page (don't want them to uncheck it).

Suggestions?

You should ask this question in the InnoSetup newsgroups - the people
there (including the author himself) are really helpful:

I don't have an answer for you, but have you tried asking in the Inno
Setup News Groups. They run their own News Server at news.jrsoftware.org
