inline frame support in FrontPage 2000

I built a site using FrontPage XP for a client using
inline frames. The client is trying to update inline
frames using Front Page 2000 and cannot set the initial
page. Is there any way to have FrontPage 2000 recognize
and edit inline frames. Can I do this in the code?
 
It has to be done manually in HTML View.
