Initial Log On window

For ease of use for the family, I would like to have the initial log on
screen for Win XP Pro to emulate that of XP home. With the pictures and
names next to them rather than having to type in the name each time. Is
this possible?

Go to Control Panel and double click User Accounts.
Click on "Change the way users log on or off".
Put a check mark in the box next to "Use the Welcome Screen".
Put a check mark in the box next to "Use Fast User Switching".
Hit the "Apply Options" button.
Close User Accounts.
Restart your computer to see if you get the desired results.

It's telling me to uninstall Clients for net ware.....How do I do that? God
I feel so stupid.
