Information about the process that called an application

Hi

Basically i need to get an information about the process that started
my console app.

For example: cmd.exe -> myApp.exe

I need to get current directory in cmd.exe when myApp.exe is called.

You can use

System.Environment.CurrentDirectory

Piotrekk,

Assuming that there is nothing that has set the CurrentProperty property
of the Environment class, you should be able to get the directory the EXE
was launched from there.

I thought that it would be much harder when i add directory where my
program is to System variables and call my program from other
directory
