Infected files

Want to know if I can safely delete the following
infected files, found after a scan by Avast antivirus
program, or are they essential in some sort of way:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\c3.dll is infected by Win32:Haxdoor-C
[Trj
C:\WINDOWS\system32\debugg.dll is infected by
Win32:Haxdoor-C [Trj]
C:\WINDOWS\Temp\trz2.tmp is infected by Win32:Haxdoor-C
[Trj]
C:\WINDOWS\Temp\trz3.tmp is infected by Win32:Haxdoor-C
[Trj]
C:\WINDOWS\Temp\trz6.tmp is infected by Win32:Haxdoor-C
[Trj]
C:\WINDOWS\Temp\trz7.tmp is infected by Win32:Haxdoor-C
[Trj]

You can safety delete the infected files in Temp directory. Make backups of
c3.dll & debugg.dll. (put them in RAR or ZIP archive) and you can delete them
to.
