Infected file

My computer is set to do a virus scan on start up. One file always comes up as infected & I can't delete it. It's C\Windows\System 32\stlbdist. Can anyone please help? What is this programme/file/trojan? How can I get rid of it

Boot up windows in safe mode and delete the file
