"Inet Delivery" window

This "Inet Delivery" window is continuously popping up on my desktop every few seconds. The message in the window is "Failed to get data for UninsallPID". Does anyone know what this is and how I can get rid of it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you

A search on Google turns up hits that point to this as adware. Apparently,
Lavasoft's Ad-Aware and Spybot - Search and Destroy can remove it.
