How can I set up XP to assign individual user files????

I want all users on my home workstation to have seperate
files so that they can use any default browser they want
and so that I can setup IE security for the childrens
account to block all access to any adult content on the
internet, but not other accounts.

I know thet NT and Win98 had this ability, but I cannot
find it in XP.

NO windows OS has ever had the ability to have more than one default
browser or email client at any one time.
I think however that if you create a limited User Account for each of
your children then you can indeed set their security levels
individually. What you cannot do is have IE as the default browser for
one user and (say) Mozilla as the default browser for another user.
