Is there a way of creating an index of files within a specific folder? At the
moment I have created a table and have inserted hyperlinks to each document,
but there are hundreds of documents and was looking for an easier way?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

thanks

Why re-invent the wheel? This is what Windows Explorer does - automatically
and without any user interference. If you need to print a list of files for
any reasom supplement it with the PrintFolders utility you can download from
my web site.

I have the PrintFolders utility, which I find very useful. However, I should
have explained the use of my index. I have created and index with hyperlinks
to templates & documents, to allow users to view our templates with ease and
at the moment, I having to manually update it as a new template or document
is added or removed. I thought there may have been some sort of field or
code that I could used instead of manually updating it?????
