R roger Mar 4, 2004 #2 Hi, To reinstall help and support Copy and paste the following lines in a Start > Run prompt: rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %systemroot%\inf\pchealth.inf The routine will ask for the Windows XP CD, alternatively, try to point it to the System32\dllcache folder and the ServicePackFiles\i386 folder.
