indeo codecs for XP

I have an older game called: Links Extreme by Microsoft
and when I try to run it it states I need the new updated
Indeo Codecs(at a cost of $14.95 too)great game but after
the initial cost years ago there must be someplace I can
download the proper codecs without spending the xtra
bucks? any one help?
 
I had the same problem with G.I Combat. It wouldnt run in XP without an
Indeo codec download, provided free here...

Indeo® 3.2, 4.5, and 5.11 Codecs and Support Files. This codec will allow
you to view game movies on certain Windows XP machines where that particular
codec is not included by default. Download this package if you are
experiencing problems with the game's video sequences.
