indent reply text just like gmail does

using Outlook 2003 ... when I reply to an email I would like the text
of the message being replied to to be indented with the ">" character.
Just like gmail does.

Is this possible with Outlook?

ok, got it.

tools ... options ... email options ... "prefix each line of the
original message"

Can these reply methods be switched to on the individual message? Best
as buttons on the toolbar in the reply message window.
