Incremental file backup in WinXP-HE

Is there a way to identify files for backup in My
Documents that hat been changed or created in a certain
period, like a week or a month? I am using Roxio's Direct
CD. When I backup all the files 90% are already on the
backup-HD and are replaced with identical data. Does that
waste space on the harddrive and creates excessive
fragmentation?

You'll want a third party solution, something like either SecondCopy
from www.centered.com or Back Up My PC from Veritas.
