Why would you want to - the registry alters size (both up AND down)
automatically when you install/uninstall applications.....

The Registry Size Limit has been removed in Windows XP and Server 2003.
You are probably reading an article meant for Windows 2000 or Windows
NT. What is the nature of your problem? Why do you want to increase
the RSL or what leads you to believe that your problems are related to
this? Are you using the /3GB switch in your boot.ini file?

What instructions? Where did you read that, and exactly what are you trying
to accomplish?

The registry does not have a static size, and instead grows and shrinks as
needed, entirely on its own. There is no need for you to attempt to change
its size in any way.

Registry Size Limit functionality has been removed from Windows Server 2003
and from Windows XP

Thanks gentlemen - we've discovered our problem was not a registry
error.
