increase or decrease dates from a range of them

How can I decrease/decrease a date? For example, I want to have three dates
on a document. The first one will be the current date on the system. The
second date will be a day less than the current date and the third date will
be a week less than the second date. How can I do this in MS Word? How can I
update it automatically after that?
