Increase number of macro names

Allow up to 1000 macro names instead of 52. Lotus and Symphony had this
capability. Allowing macro names that are three digit numbers would help us
match up keys in other databases to macros in Excel.

Where do you find a '52' limit of macro names?

What version of Excel?
