Incorrect function on disk drive

When i put a cd in my main drive the light on the drive flashes but then it doesn't load. Double clicking it in my computer comes up with the following message

D:/ is not accessibl

Incorrect functio

Can anyone help me sort this problem?
 
Type of disk drive? Type of CD? How is drive configured?

When I try to save to drive D or E, I get Incorrect function message. I click OK & get another message "Do not have access to this folder. See admin. I am the administrator....
