Inconsistance Password Prompt

All of our documents are password protected and when
opening these files from our Intranet the Password Prompt
never shows up in the same place twice and sometimes it
loses focus and you have to click the Word Window. Anyone
delt with anything like this? I'm using both Office 2k
and XP.

Normally it is my global templates doing strange things that causes
the inconsistencies.
